OmegAid Hub: Key Trading Terms
OmegAid Hub is committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Here are some key terms of trade to keep in mind:
Delivery:
- Delivery Time: Expect your order within 10 business days.
- Delivery Fee: Orders under $250 incur a flat $20 fee. Orders over $250 ship for free.
- Delivery Location: Location doesn't affect your delivery fee.
Returns and Refunds:
- Return Policy: Choose your products carefully. You can return items within 7 days for a refund (excluding freight/delivery costs), but you're responsible for return shipping unless the product has a major fault.
- Non-returnable Items: For health and safety, we cannot accept returns of washable products like bed pads or underwear, or nutritional goods like formula and supplements.
- Opened/Used Medical Goods: We cannot accept returns of opened or used medical goods, or items specifically ordered for you (unless you have legal rights to return them).
- Special Orders: We cannot cancel, return, or refund specially ordered goods.
Backorders:
- Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, your order will be placed on backorder. We'll hold your order until all items are available. If a backordered item takes more than 5 days, we'll ship the in-stock items first and send the backordered item later with no additional charge.
Payment:
- Web Orders: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex credit cards.
